After receiving your orders, we will issue u an official invoice within 24 hours maximum with all the payment details that you require.

Is it safe to order from your preorder?
Absolutely yes :).
I have sent in my orders but has not gotten a response from the 12 hours to a maximum of 24 hours. HOW?

Will I be inform after my payment is made?
Yes, we definite keep u up to date frequently at all times. :) Emails/SMS will be sent after each process have been completed

1.) POSB/DBS I-BANKING – Provide your true and exact IB nick & date is required for payment verification purposes.
2.) POSB/DBS ATM transfer - A copy of a clear snapshot is required for payment verification purposes. Your order will be void immediately if u can’t provide us with a clear snapshot of your ATM receipt.

I can't make payment on the stipulated time frame of 24hours. HOW?
Do email and or inform us in advance if you can’t commit the payment dateline given from us. We only allow a maximum of 1 day extension of payment. Fail to make payment after the given extension will result in a void/cancel order.
Can I make payment for preorder item after only they have arrived?
Yes, if there is still stock left in our inventory, as we encourage people to pre-order to avoid disappointment.
